Blaze 151
If you listen to genres like rock and/or metal, what bands/artists are you into? It don't matter what kind, as long as what they make apply to the genre in any way, it counts. Pop punk/punk rock can also be mentioned here! This is genres that I'm absolutely obsessed with, it's one of my favorites to this day. While I'm more on the hard rock era, I can also go for a more mellow alternative. With my fellow favorites being (but not limited to) Starset, Black Veil Brides, Metallica, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Halestorm, Red and Evanescence. Feel free to post who you like, I always love discovering new music!

Teddykat 475
OH MY GOODNESS I MISS LISTENING TO METAL. The problem is that my favorite headphones broke, and it doesn't sound the same anymore with my current ones. But I'm too broke to buy myself a new set :// But mainly, my favorite thing about metal is the sound. I don't really pay a lot of attention to the lyrics, but the way that my fav headphones hugged my head and how I can LITERALLY FEEL the bass inside my head... IT FEELS LIKE HEAVEN?? Anyway, the band I'm into THE MOST is Of Mice & Men. Well, their older songs actually. I've no idea what happened to their new albums... But here are a few of my favorites: And this one's a classic: Gosh it was so hard to choose, but I think their second album is my favorite overall. ALSO I LIKE BRING ME THE HORIZON (I'm just gonna list some of my favorite songs here): Crooked Young Chelsea Smile Visions Don't Go Hospital For Souls Shadow Moses And the song True Friends is the one that got me into them in the first place, honestly And here's pretty much the ONLY Pierce the Veil song I actually like (please excuse the annoying audience, but this is the only video with that smooth transition between the two songs): ALSO, I REALLY LIKE THIS SONG BY CROWN THE EMPIRE: AND I LIKE THIS ONE TOO: I like some Avenged Sevenfold songs as well, especially "The Wicked End," "Nightmare," "Afterlife," etc. But my problem is that their songs are usually pretty long, like about 8 min or even 15 min lol. And I feel like the singer's voice sounds repetitive in a lot of them... But then their long instrumentals can be tOTAlly sicK as fricK, if you would just sit down and listen to it. Also, YES PLEASE METALLICA but last time I played it on my iPod in the car, my mom turned it LITERALLY ALMOST ALL THE WAY DOWN and I'm like, seriously??? I guess that was a mistake... Metal's better with headphones anyway. Girl I loved Evanescence's "My Immortal" and "Bring Me to Life" so much that I learned them on the piano when I was 13, but I forgot. There was one time when I was hanging out at a park with some friends, and there was literally a Breaking Benjamin concert right across the river. We could hear it all the way there, and my little sis and I were like, "I wanna be there but I don't wanna break my eardrums and die." So we just enjoyed it from afar. Please excuse my rambling Welp the amount of videos I'm posting reflects how hard it is for me to choose

And believe me, Asking Alexandria puts on one hell of a show! I saw them last year with BVB and blessthefall, and the whole concert was awesome!
AJ Mysterio 1,494
Hip hop is what I've been always listening to. But last year I started exploring more. I've always loved Linkin Park but that's it. Only last year did I start liking classic rock. If y'all have some artists or albums that y'all think I should try, please let me know! I've been trying to explore mostly 60s-80s rock.
Gramps 2,227
On the rock side, I've really been digging Kings of Leon lately. You can also never go wrong with some Chris Cornell (RIP). While his work in Soundgarden and Audioslave are top notch, I really enjoy his solo work as well. On the metal side of things, I like Mark Tremonti's project. I believe he is one of the best guitarist of all time. I'm also into some viking metal.

Emfoofoo 1,389
rock is my go to genre for music. some of my favourite bands of the genre are death from above 1979, queens of the stone age, royal blood, kasabian, and the pack AD. although some of those artists could be considered more alternative than rock lol
iDave 39
One of my all time favorite bands is a group called Made Violent. They’re a trio (guitar, bass, and drums) band and they have this sound that is so nostalgic. It sounds just like a garage band from the 90’s to early 2000’s and I love it.

Favorite classic or prog rock tracks? 3. I've definitely heard that first Japanese track before... Sounds so familiar. Don't know why.
