Wester 93
What is you daily screen time? This includes tv, phones and everything else. Mine is around 4 to 5 hours although I am working on reducing this as much as I can.
Gramps 2,227
I am a computer programmer who owns a website. Most of my day is spent in front of a screen.
Agent P 2,480
My average screen time on my phone is 5 hours, and I spend around the same amount of time on my laptop

Matt 589
My daily average around my phone is 4-5 hours. But some days, it can exceed 7 hours. Although, there are a few days where my screen time is literally zero. Edited February 9, 2019 by Matt

I've only been in this role for six months to be fair. But on off days like today I go camping or hiking or something. I'm downtown hanging out at a brewery right now. Grant 646
I know I spend quite a bit a time on my computer and on my phone, so I probably have several hours of screen time on a given day if you really add up every single moment I'm looking at a device. Both my phone and computer have become such a common part of my life that it's hard to imagine a day without using them. Even when I'm practicing my trumpet, I'm using my phone as a metronome and to record myself.
Liberty 2,305
according to my phone, i average about 10 hours of screen time a day. on a day when i use my phone a lot, i average about 12. this is just on my phone. i use my laptop a lot for school so i probably average about 2 hours a day on my laptop
Candy 804
Does working on my laptop count? I probably spend 8+ hours on my laptop just doing work. My iPod says I average 2 hours a day on it, and my phone says 1 hour. I can live without my phone tbh, I don't use it too much.
David 563
I work 40 hours a week with computers, and my daily personally use is about 6 hours according to my phone. So 14 hours a day, on week days, which is about 100% of my time awake
Shawnic 2,977
More time than I should have. Pretty much all my time actually except when I'm attending class. I'm a computer engineering student so even some amount of my 9 to 5 is spent in front of a computer. Otherwise I'm always using a phone or my laptop. Even though getting a phone has made my life simpler, I sometimes wish I never had it because now I can't survive without external stimulation. I enjoyed pre-phone days because I used to think more deeply about stuff.

A lot of us are also university students that do a lot of classwork on a laptop. I saw this meme about university the other day that's so accurate.

SeedlingxD 87
Like 7/8 hours, it varies.. sometimes more sometimes less.. (I was just on FaceTime for 3 hours ) Anyways, this time also includes watching TV shows/ YouTube and my work) I’ve cut down going on my phone throughout the day (as this was one of my New Years resolutions), I just go on my laptop a lot because of uni work. I prefer everything typed up and.....this semester I have 3 assignments (so my screen time will probably increase because of this) Edited February 12, 2019 by SeedlingxD
Emfoofoo 1,389
at least 8 or more. most of my classes through the week are back to back (they're 3 hours long each) so i end up sitting in front of a screen for 6 hours a day, give or take. plus whatever time i spend on my phone/laptop. AJ Mysterio 1,494
Since everyone’s quarantining, I think it’d be interesting to see everyone’s screen on time now. My daily average in the last week is 8 hours. Bruh. But to be fair most of the time I keep my phone’s screen on even when I’m working on my laptop. Not to make excuses though
Liberty 2,305
i’m averaging about 6 hours now. i can’t believe i was averaging 10 before.
Candy 804
Wait till you get a load of this. My average screen time is 3 hours 42 minutes per day and it's 12% down from last week. My weekly total, however.... 25 hours and 59 minutes. 12 hours and 37 minutes coming from Instagram and 7 hours 17 minutes from TikTok. I'm ashamed to say it got worse during this pandemic but before that, I used to average 20 minutes per day.
Savage Rxse 22
I would say lately my daily screen time is like maybe like 3 to 4 hours at most. I rarely get on my phone and I'm not a huge tv person.
