There are multiple answers I have for this. But primarily because I need some protein. Also, when it comes to fasting for Lent, a lot of people don't consider fish as "meat" when they say they are abstaining from meat. I guess this is because of cultural reasons more than scientific ones. Like I think the Bible considers "flesh of beasts" and "flesh of fish" as two different things.
