Echo 746
What sort of go to meals or snacks have you guys been eating while in quarantine? Have any good recipes you want to share? I've been making my own version of "eggs in a basket." I take a slice of sourdough bread, tear a hole in the middle, butter the slice on both sides, throw it on a pan and fry an egg in the middle. While the egg is frying I'll add cheese and seasonings to the top and then flip the whole thing over once the bottom of the egg is done frying, that way the rest of the egg and the cheese all fries together and it's so good
Teddykat 475
Ohh my goodness that sounds so yummy, I should definitely try that! Lately I've been making a lot of pancakes and french toast, but I really really love the french toast. Literally all I needed to do is just beat a couple eggs and add a cup of milk, some tablespoons of sugar, and some cinnamon and vanilla extract. And then I just dunk in two slices of bread together (bc I like the bread to be thicker but then I don't have any thicc bread) and then I just fry them on both sides until they look so freaking majestic And then I'd add some syrup and powdered sugar to it to make it eVEN BETTER

Shawnic 2,977
I've been eating the standard boring stuff (even more than usual, given that I haven't been outdoors in 2.5 months). I should really start cooking lol. Any ideas on simple stuff I can try?
